Terry Boling teaches design and construction. As in his own practice, his pedagogic focus is centered around questions of material research, technique, and fabrication. Terry Boling is the architect of record for the DAAP Solar Decathlon House that was exhibited on the National Mall, and with his students, has also completed the design and fabrication of more than 250 movable display systems for the college of DAAP. His award winning design/build work has been published in I.D. Magazine, Architecture Magazine, Dwell magazine, as well as Architecture Record's "Archrecord2" section, for and about the emerging architect. His work is also featured in a book entitled "Young Americans - New Architecture in the U.S.A.", exhibited at the Deutsches Architekturmuseum in Frankfort, Germany in 2007.
