Dave is a Vice President at HNTB Corporation, heading the Indianapolis Architecture/Urban Planning office. He has served as the President and as a Board member of the Indiana Planning Association and as President of the Indianapolis Public Schools Education Foundation.
Dave serves as the IPA's Professional Development Officer and as an adjunct faculty member at Ball State University for the College of Architecture and Planning. He is a certified HNTB trainer helping to train future project managers on the skills needed to lead projects.
He served as the Community Development Director of Thornton, Colorado and as Assistant Director of Planning for the City of Dallas, Texas.
