To access your personal checksheet:

1. If you are outside the UC network, you will need to connect to UC through VPN (Virtual Private Network). Please use your Central Login Service credentials to access the SSL VPN . You can get complete instructions from here. After you log in VPN and establish a network connection to UC, please click here to access check sheet website.
2. If you are on campus using UC wire or wireless network, please click here to access check sheet website directly.
