his site presents the results of the work done by students from the School of Planning at the University of Cincinnati in a comprehensive planning studio course. The studio focused on the problems of urban development related to the proposed light rail transit system in the Greater Cincinnati Area. Students participating in this course used the analytical, graphic, and communication skills acquired in the first couple of years in the program and applied them to propose a solution to future development in existing neighborhoods within the I-71 corridor. The goal was to prepare and present a coordinated plan for the overall development along the corridor and specifically in areas where future transit stops will be located.
