A.I.R./Hungarian International Artist Residency Program (Wolfstein Travel Fellowships)
Description
The School of Art is in partnership with the A.I.R./Hungarian International Artist Residency Program in Budapest, Hungary, for 2009.
Funding for this residency can be applied for through the Wolfstein Travel Awards. Information about the residency is available at: http://www.hungarian-multicultural-center.com
The residency fee is $1,650. This covers studio, room, breakfast, lunch, exhibitions, and a seminar. In addition, artists are responsible for their travel costs and daily dinner.

HMC welcomes artists at all stages of their careers and seeks to create a mix of various experience levels in each group of residents. Through a competitive application process, HMC offers residencies to visual artists, writers, composers, and interdisciplinary artists such as those working in sound, performance, choreography, etc.

Applications must include: • Application form (contact Janie Stevens for this) • Statement of intent • Resume • 5-10 images of your work (jpeg format, max. 100dpi, Max 1 MB/image) Materials should be delivered to the SOA office.
