Incoming Architecture Student Wins $1,000 Scholarship
Incoming UC student Tyler Gentry has won a $1,000 scholarship from the Dayton Chapter of the American Institute of Architects.

Gentry was selected to receive the scholarship based upon his artistic talent, academic achievements and career goals in pursuit of a degree in architecture.
UC's College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning (DAAP) houses one of the nation's premiere programs in architecture. It is ranked No. 2 in the nation, right behind Harvard University.
The scholarship received by Gentry is funded through donations by AIA Dayton members, contributions from AIA Dayton, and through a matching funds grant from the American Institute of Architects. The fund is administered by The Dayton Foundation with the scholarships awarded by AIA Dayton, a chapter of the American Institute of Architects.
